Flexair is completely redesigned. Shaped with one goal: maximum performance on the trail and race. It draws inspiration from the Fox SpeedSuit platform, used by top riders, which means less material, better fit, and more speed.

During the development of the new generation Flexair, Fox athletes such as Asa Vermette, Tahnée Seagrave, and Jackson Goldstone collaborated. Their feedback shaped a line that works in real conditions – from long climbs to aggressive descents.

Key upgrade: new strap for a perfectly fit feeling

Snugly adhesive tape means more comfort, more stability

The new adhesive waistband is made without classic seams, which means less pressure and a cleaner feel on the body. It sits slightly higher, so it better covers the lower part of your back and prevents gaps from forming when sitting on the bike. Thanks to the extra stretch, the waistband adapts to your movement and doesn't restrict you while pedaling or moving. Your pants thus stay stable in place, without slipping or need for adjustment during the ride.

The material doesn't accumulate and doesn't create creases, which improves comfort even on longer tours. In combination with an adjustable closure, it enables precise and quick width adjustment. The result is a more natural feel, where the equipment adapts to you, not the other way around. This is an upgrade you'll actually feel from your first ride.

Tear-resistant ripstop material

The new generation uses ripstop polyester, which reduces weight while increasing wear resistance. The result is pants you barely feel, but can handle serious trail.

Dirt bike fit and less air resistance

Slim, tapered cut with body-mapped construction

The new Flexair delivers the most fitted cut in Fox's MTB offering, compared to the Ranger and Defend models. The tapered silhouette reduces excess material, which means less drag and a more direct feel on the bike. The anatomically designed construction follows the rider's natural position, so the shorts work in harmony with every movement. This fit improves ergonomics and increases the sense of control at higher speeds. The result is more precise riding, without the distractions caused by excess fabric.

Advanced stretch fabric enables unlimited movement in all directions. Flexair moves with you – with no limitations when pedaling or performing technical maneuvers.

Body-mapped laser perforations

Perforations at key areas (inner thigh, knees, lower leg) increase airflow and reduce overheating. This means more focus on riding, less on the heat.
