Are goggle lenses interchangeable between brands?

No. Each lens is shaped for a particular goggle frame, so a Fox lens fits the Fox model it was made for and not a goggle from another brand or a different generation.

What inner tube size do I need?

Read the sidewall of your tyre. It shows the diameter and width, for example 29 x 2.40, and the tube must cover that width range. Then choose the valve type and a stem long enough for your rim depth.

How often should I replace helmet padding?

Swap the internal pads when they are compressed, permanently stained or no longer hold the helmet steady on your head, as a loose fit reduces protection.

Can I replace a damaged helmet visor instead of the helmet?

Yes. Visors are designed to break away and be replaced, but if the shell or liner took an impact, the helmet itself should be retired.

How many tear-offs should I take to a race?
