Delivery, Payments, and Returns
Delivery
The delivery time for products in stock is usually 2-3 business days for delivery addresses in Slovenia. Each product from the online store is available within a reasonable timeframe. When placing a purchase order, the user can choose one of the following product pickup methods:
- personally in our Foxracing store, in this case shipping costs are not charged;
- Upon cash on delivery, in this case the postage costs are also paid for purchases up to €80. For purchases over €80, postage is not charged.
Payment Methods
The merchant allows the user the following payment methods for purchasing products from the online store:
- cash on pickup, in this case the online price applies.
- with advance payment of the purchase price to the Merchant's transaction account after the offer or invoice is prepared, in which case the online price applies.
- Your bank will charge you payment fees according to their price list;
- with a debit or credit card (BA, Maestro, Diners Club, Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa)
Right to withdraw from purchase, product returns
The user (buyer) has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from the day of receipt of the ordered products by notifying the merchant at the contact email address info@foxracing.si, without having to state the reason for such a decision. The return of purchased products to the merchant within the withdrawal period is considered notification of withdrawal. The only cost borne by the user (buyer) due to withdrawal from the purchase agreement is the cost of returning the products to the merchant.
Purchased items must be returned to the merchant no later than 30 days from the date the withdrawal notice from the purchase agreement was submitted.
Purchased items must be returned to the merchant unworn, undamaged, in original packaging and in unchanged quantity, unless the items have been destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has been reduced without the user (buyer) being responsible for this. If the postal package in which the user (buyer) received the ordered items is physically damaged, if it is missing contents or shows signs of opening, the user (buyer) must initiate a complaint procedure with the delivery company Express One, GLS or DPD d.o.o.
For returned items, the Merchant shall return the paid amount to the user (buyer) as soon as possible, but no later than 15 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice. Any used promotional codes and other discounts shall not be refunded to the user (buyer). The Merchant shall refund the paid amount to the user's (buyer's) personal or transaction account. The used gift voucher shall be returned by the Merchant in the form of a credit.

Purchase gift cards
Darilne bone can be purchased:
- in a physical Foxracing store, where a customer can choose any amount gift voucher,
- in the online store www.foxracing.si, where gift vouchers are available in the following values: 10 € (select a fixed value in the form of the number of gift vouchers - Example: 10x 10EUR =100EUR).
Receipt in the form of a gift voucher
In the event of a purchase in an online store, the buyer receives a gift voucher in the form of a unique discount code that is sent to the email address provided when placing the order. Gift vouchers purchased in a physical store are issued in physical form and include a unique number and date of issue.
Use and Redemption of Gift Vouchers
- A gift voucher can only be redeemed in full – partial redemption is not possible.
- Gift card is valid exclusively for the purchase of products in the online store www.foxracing.si or in the Foxracing physical store.
- In the online store, a customer can enter a voucher code in the coupon field in the shopping cart.
- Only one gift code can be used per order.
- If the purchase value is lower than the amount of the gift voucher, the difference will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to the next purchase.
- If the purchase amount is higher than the value of the voucher, the buyer pays the difference with the selected payment method.
Validity of gift vouchers
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Upon expiration of the validity period of the gift voucher, redemption is no longer possible, nor is it possible to request a refund of the voucher's value.
Limitations and Liability
- A gift voucher is not exchangeable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift vouchers.
- In case of loss, theft or unauthorized use of the gift card code, we assume no responsibility.
- A gift voucher is treated as a payment instrument, so we do not issue a cash receipt for it, but rather a voucher issuance confirmation.
Returns and Complaints
- In the case of returning products purchased with a gift voucher, the value is refunded in the form of a new gift voucher if the entire purchase was paid with the voucher.
- If part of the amount was paid with another payment method, the corresponding portion will be refunded in the same form.
