Fox Rampage RS 2025
Fox Rampage RS 2025 – the lightest and safest downhill helmet to date. Carbon, MIPS® and moto certifications for uncompromising protection on every descent.

When it comes to protection on the most demanding descents, the name Fox Racing has stood by the best for decades. The new Fox Rampage RS 2025 is not just an evolution, but a true revolution in the world of downhill and enduro helmets. It combines advanced technology, competition-tested aerodynamics, and the comfort demanded by modern MTB cyclists and e-bike enthusiasts.
When Fox introduced the first Rampage helmet in 2006, probably no one thought that this model would become one of the most recognizable downhill full-face helmets in the world.
For the 2025 season Fox raises the bar with a new model Rampage RS (Race Spec) – yes, it is a helmet that is already being used by Jackson Goldstone, Tahnée Seagrave and Nina Hoffmann.

Nova Fox Rampage RS is a completely redesigned carbon helmet that combines safety standards from the world of DH, e-bikes and even motorcycle helmets.
Fox deliberately decided to break through outdated criteria and adapt protection to the real speeds that competitors and aggressive trail riders reach today.
The foundation of the new Rampage RS is a carbon outer shell that provides optimal weight-to-strength ratio. Beneath it are layers of EPS and EPP foam, reinforced with polycarbonate. This combination ensures absorption of various types of impacts – from minor, repetitive vibrations to powerful crashes, such as those experienced in competitive downhill racing.
MIPS has long been an industry standard, but the Integra Split variant is the latest and most advanced technology. It is an integrated system that reduces rotational forces on the brain during oblique impacts, which has been proven to reduce the risk of TBI (traumatic brain injury). The rider gains an invisible but extremely important layer of protection.
Compared to its predecessor, the new helmet is lighter by approximately 250 grams. At size L it weighs around 1,070 g, which places it among the lightest full-face carbon helmets in the segment. This saving means less strain on the neck and more comfort during long descents or all-day rides in bike parks.
Fox developed this helmet in collaboration with World Cup competitors. The result is 5% better aerodynamics compared to the old model. This means less drag at high speeds and a more stable fit on the head even during sudden movements.
Rampage RS 2025 exceeds MTB industry standards. It complies with certificates:
Rampage RS covers a wider spectrum of head shapes and sizes. Instead of three classic size categories, it offers six precise sizes, allowing better fit and greater comfort even during longer rides.
The interior of the helmet is complemented by replaceable and washable liners with Ionic+ technology. This technology provides antibacterial protection, reduces unpleasant odors, and maintains freshness even after strenuous rides. Ideal for those who spend multiple days in a row on the bike.
Upon purchase of Rampage RS 2025, buyers will receive:

The downhill helmet RS offers surprisingly good ventilation. Fox designed internal channels that draw air through the front openings and direct it across the head to the rear exits. During testing, it proved that ventilation is not at the level of "enduro" helmets, but given the level of protection, it remains above average.
The inner padding sits comfortably on the face and absorbs sweat well. The package includes thicker cheek pads, which allow for a precise fit. Some testers mentioned that the carbon shell acts as a resonance chamber when it contacts branches, but during riding the helmet is quiet and stable.
The greatest added value of the new Rampage RS is the combination of different safety standards.
ECE 22.06 motorcycle helmet certification for the chin bar means it withstands higher impact forces than classic DH standards. This provides additional confidence, especially at today's speeds on World Cup courses and e-bike trails.

Fox Racing with this model targets everyone who demands the best.
Regardless of whether you're descending World Cup tracks, spending a weekend in a bike park, or riding an e-bike on challenging trails, the Rampage RS 2025 offers a combination of safety, comfort, and technology that is hard to find competing with on the market today.
Compared to the old Rampage Pro Carbon helmet, the RS is lighter, better ventilated, and certified to stricter standards. The addition of the ECE 22.06 certificate is particularly important, as most MTB helmets do not achieve it.
Yes, although primarily designed for downhill, enduro competitors also use it due to its low weight and good ventilation.
This is a motorcycling standard that ensures the chin part provides the same level of protection as in homologated motorcycle helmets.
Yes, all inner insoles can be easily removed and washed. Ionic+ technology additionally takes care of hygiene.
Fox offers six sizes, so we recommend that you measure your head circumference accurately. Small gaps between sizes mean a better fit than most competitors.
Fox Rampage RS 2025 represents a new level of protection in the world of downhill helmets. With a combination carbon shells, MIPS® Integra Split system, moto certifications and significantly lighter weight combines safety, comfort and aerodynamics at the highest level. It is a premium helmet intended for demanding riders who expect uncompromising protection and technology tested in the most demanding conditions of world cup racing.
