What is VIVID lens technology?

VIVID lens technology brings flat light to life by enabling high-contrast vision in low-light environments, such as dappled light in the forest, morning fog in valleys, or transitions from shade to full sun at higher speeds. This lens technology optimizes your vision by blocking the spectrum of light that creates flat lighting conditions, allowing you to perceive terrain more clearly while riding. Compromised vision means reduced performance – but not when you're on the trail or track with VIVID lens technology.

• Partly sunny (53 % VLT): lens choice - pink

A: The VIVID pink lens has 53% VLT, making it perfect for trail riding, providing high-contrast vision in poorer light conditions such as dappled forest light, morning valley fog, or transitions from shade to full sun at higher speeds.

Our VIVID Blue, Chrome, Orange, and Green Spark lenses have a darker 25% VLT. This makes them ideal for brighter, uniform trails, desert and dune riding, or sunny and partly cloudy days on the track. Clear lenses are great for darker environments, evening rides, and on-road use.
